Class schedule consists of 2 weeks of class consisting of 90 hrs of contact. The student has up to 5months after training to complete their project.6SigmaTek will provide mentoring and coaching during the project tenure.Customizable Curriculum:
Certification Criteria for Students:
- Complete company project or approved exercise
- Present and pass all phase Tollgates
- Complete 100% of homework
- Attend 80% of classes
- Pass 80% of all quizzes
- Complete the certification test with a score of 80%
Prerequisites for attendees:
- Basic Algebra skill
- MS Excel
- Visio 2003 minimum
- MS Power Point
- Comfortable with loading software from the internet
- Basic computer skills
- Must have a company approved project with sponsorship from the company
- Portable Thumb drive for data transfer
- Laptop with CD drive
Prerequisites for companies sending participants:
- Must ensure that the intended participants have a formal company project with clear objectives and financial savings
